Multitask
Humans can't truly multitask because our brains can only focus on one complex task at a time. Instead of doing multiple tasks simultaneously, we rapidly switch between them, which reduces efficiency, increases errors, and leads to mental fatigue. True productivity comes from prioritizing and handling tasks sequentially rather than attempting to divide our attention.
Burn-out
According to the WHO Burn-out is a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. It is characterized by three dimensions:
feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion;
increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job; and
reduced professional efficacy.
Cyber Lynch
Cyber Lynch is formed when people think that severe abuse or injustice is being committed, and there is a collective voice calling for justice. But in such situations, it is more important than ever to maintain a sober mind and resort to critical thinking.
Because of their sense of security, people are much more aggressive on the Internet than in real life. And the directed anger at a stranger is most likely formed by other personal reasons and is simply looking for a way to prove itself.
Hyperreality
For hyperreality illustration, I took the phrase "collective myth" as a basis and worked in this direction. Hyperreality, in semiotics and postmodernism, is the inability of consciousness to distinguish reality from a simulation of reality, especially in technologically advanced postmodern societies. Hyperreality is seen as a condition in which what is real and what is fiction are seamlessly blended together so that there is no clear distinction between where one ends and the other begins.
Emotional Abuse
Emotional abuse in romantic relationships is a subtle yet deeply damaging form of manipulation and control. Unlike physical abuse, which leaves visible marks, emotional abuse erodes a person’s self-worth, confidence, and sense of reality over time. It often traps victims in a cycle of self-doubt, fear, and dependency, making it difficult to recognize and escape.
No Name
Many people unknowingly trap themselves in a daily routine that becomes a self-imposed prison. At first, routines provide comfort and stability, but over time, they can turn into rigid patterns that limit growth, curiosity, and genuine fulfillment. This happens when tasks are repeated out of habit rather than intention—waking up, going to work, performing the same duties, returning home, and repeating the cycle without questioning if it brings meaning or joy.
